Welcome to our Five-Day Flexibility Series! In this all-levels series, you will experience the benefits of improved flexibility, reduced stress, and increased range of motion through a carefully crafted sequence of yoga poses and movements targeting each area of the body.
Today’s focus is on the neck and shoulders. In this program Madeline will take you through a few warm-ups, gentle mobility movements, and soothing stretches to work on gaining flexibility and relieving pain in those areas. For this program you’ll need a yoga strap or something similar, such as a scarf, tie, or towel. Make sure to check out all five programs for a full-body flexibility makeover!
