Welcome to Handstand Fundamentals with Isabel! Whether you’re new to handstands or just want to improve your practice, this quick guided training session will take you through some conditioning exercises to warm up your wrists, strengthen your core, and increase flexibility. *For this program you’ll need a yoga mat, an empty wall space, and preferably two yoga blocks.
