Welcome to HIIT Yoga Fusion featuring Yasmin! This intermediate 40-minute program is comprised of three high-intensity intervals, each including a series of Power Vinyasa movements and bodyweight exercises. Each movement is done for 30 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest in between, and each circuit is performed twice throughout the program. The continuous flow of movement and rest is designed to keep your heart pumping at optimal levels for burning fat and building muscle. All you need is a mat, and yourself!
